A series of locks and weirs are installed across the Murray River.The lock has free BBQ's, picnic area and toilets for public use during the day time ,and if you are lucky you may see a boat going through the lock chamber.

Lock 4 is open during the day time as a point of interest to observe the lock system of the Murray River. It has ample parking with a concrete and paved walkway leading to an undercover bbq and picnic area. On site is also a asic toilet facility with a large ubicle and hand railing.
